Cancellation / Refund Policy

CANCELLATION + REFUND POLICY

The following refund policy will apply to all YSA Development camps and programs:

  • All cancellations MUST be made in writing, prior to the start date of the camp / program
    • Refund requests after the camp or program start date will not be eligible for a credit and/or refund
  • FULL refunds will be made for medical reasons ONLY
    • A copy of the doctor’s certificate will be required at the time of the refund request
  • If you cancel for any other reason, you will be reimbursed 50% of the camp cost OR applicants may request a FULL camp credit for future YSA Development camps / programs
  • An administration fee of $50 will apply to all cancellations
